I had purchased this sim for my international trip but due to some issue I was not able to operate the internet the sim card was already activated I just plugged it in and the internet was not working I can make phone call I just connected with one of the executive and then she explained me my data coming option was off I just started it and the internet was o brilliant speed of internet all over Europe and uk
I was facing the problem in internet as my device was old so I contacted the customer support executive he helped me with some settings in my phone and after that there is not even signal fluctuation
Was spending 15 days on vacation across Switzerland, and Italy. Didn't care about voice, just data. Worked quite well, almost always had a good solid signal on Orange with decent transfer speeds.
The SIM arrived rapidly, was simple to set up and has worked a treat, no complaints whatsoever. Customer benefit was quick, neighborly and more than palatable. Completely prescribed.
