1 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions shall apply to all services rendered by UK Telecom Distribution LTD., hereafter referred to as HOLIDAYSIMCARD.COM, in connection with the sales of prepaid sim cards and other related products we might offer.

1.1 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

HOLIDAYSIMCARD.COM sells prepaid sim cards from a range of Mobile Network Operators to consumers and partnered distributors. Consumers can create their profile and purchase their sim cards on holidaysimcard.com. Consumers can also purchase on our website without creating a profile by checking out as a guest. Our payments are operated by Stripe (https://www.stripe.com/).


1.2 REGISTRATION TO HOLIDAYSIMCARD.COM

The consumer shall complete a form and accept the general terms and conditions to use HOLIDAYSIMCARD services. The following details are required:

Last Name

Address (billing address and delivery address must be the same)

Email address

Mobile phone number

1.3 HOLIDAYSIMCARD ENGAGEMENT

We shall use reasonable endeavours to provide customers with a service of quality. However, HOLIDAYSIMCARD does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, delayed or fault-free.


1.4 CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS

In using the Products or Services provided by HOLIDAYSIMCARD, the Customer must not engage in any action:


that is abusive, illegal or fraudulent;

that causes the Network Operator, HOLIDAYSIMCARD or its partners to be impaired or damaged;


When Customer is in breach of its obligations under this Sec. 1.4, HOLIDAYSIMCARD may suspend the Customer’s use of the Service. HOLIDAYSIMCARD will notify Customer as soon as reasonably practicable about the suspension. During any period of suspension, Customer shall continue to pay all Charges due under this Agreement in respect of the suspended Services.


1.5 START, DURATION AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

The service contract between HOLIDAYSIMCARD and the customer starts upon order confirmation whenever an order is made on our website https://holidaysimcard.com/.

The contract ends as soon as the customer receives the sim card at the delivery address specified in the order. The Customer is responsible for the activation of the SIM card and for the use of the service as per Mobile Network Operator’s T&Cs.

2. CHARGES AND PAYMENT


2.1 PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Payments are made by credit or debit card. Card transactions will be processed and secured by our online payment provider Stripe (https://stripe.com).


2.2 CHARGES FOR USE

All Charges are inclusive of TAX, unless specified otherwise.

If the customer reasonably and in good faith disputes a charge or part of it, Customer shall notify HOLIDAYSIMCARD of such dispute within 12 days of payment receipt, providing details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much the customer considers is due.

The customer shall not be entitled to set off any of his/her claims against claims of HOLIDAYSIMCARD, except where the customer’s claims are undisputed or have been confirmed by final court judgment.


3. DELIVERY

When ordering on our website, the customer is responsible for ensuring suitability of the delivery method we offer. It is the customer responsibility to make sure that the delivery will be accepted. The delivery address must be the same as the billing address. Any duty or customs charges for deliveries will be settled by the customer.


4. REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY

HOLIDAYSIMCARD reserves the right to charge:

a) 5 GBP cancellation fee for orders that have not left our warehouse yet.

b) 15 GBP cancellation fee + delivery cost for orders that have left our warehouse already.

c) up to 100% of the total order price if the product has been opened or damaged.


Returns are accepted for Physical Sim Cards only within 15 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Customer pays delivery fees for returns.



Faulty products must be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days.


The refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.



Digital products such as eSIM products are non-refundable. 



5. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

HOLIDAY SIM CARD is not responsible for detriments arising as a result of service disruption or network unavailability. HOLIDAY SIM CARD provides no guarantee of constant availability of the network service. For any request please contact us via email at info@uktelecomdistribution.com.
