Validity

• The credit/bundle is valid for 14 days after the first use (first call, first SMS or first internet connection), thereafter you can top-up online as needed 
• The eSIM is valid for 30 days without registration. You can register online on https://topup.orange.com/register-an-orange-holiday-france-sim-card/ to use your SIM Card for 6 months

First steps with the Orange Holiday eSIM

• An eSIM is a virtual SIM card. You will receive a QR Code to scan in order to install the eSIM directly on your device. No need to wait for postal delivery of a physical SIM Card.
  
• This product works in Europe: please wait until you are in Europe to scan in order to install the eSIM on your device.
• The bundle will start at the first use of the eSIM (first call, first SMS or first internet connection)
• The  eSIM comes with a French phone number
• Dial 225 to receive your phone number and dial #123# to check your credit
• You will receive text messages in English about usage as well as product registration

If you selected an eSIM, make sure that your smartphone is in the list of compatible smartphones below.

If your device is not compatible with eSIM cards you won’t be able to download this eSIM and to communicate with it.
